Azura Condos Specifications and Community Details

Initial proposals call for Azura Condos to feature a soaring residential tower in addition to a limited number of lofts on first floor with terraces on first floor.  A stunning 32-storey high-rise with 358 units. A two-storey podium base will join these elements to complete the community, which will occupy sites located at 15, 19, and 21 Holmes Avenue just south of Yonge and Finch.

Artist conceptions depict a subtle, minimalist podium base supporting a contoured tower dominated by strong horizontal lines, smooth panes of sleek glass, and a tasteful, traditional colour scheme based around light greys and off-whites. Current proposals call for a total of 339 suites, not including the eight townhomes that will be adapted from a row of six connected townhouses currently situated on Holmes Avenue. Four additional townhomes will join the eight connected townhouse suites, creating a total of 12 townhouse units that will be clustered around the site at street level in a U-shaped

The reported suite mix breaks down as follows:

A striking penthouse suite will top the tower component, and every residential unit in the complex will have a private balcony or terrace.  A beautiful, professionally landscaped courtyard , with amenity spaces situated in the community’s podium base. The podium will also house a beautiful residential lobby and reception area.

Azura Condos Toronto also includes plans for a two-level underground parking garage for residents and visitors. Indoor bicycle parking will be available in a controlled-access room connected to the podium’s second floor.
